Robert Ferraro Esq. Bio

Robert Ferraro is a co-founding partner of the Law Firm. In his over 38 years of experience, Mr. Ferraro’s practice has concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, matrimonial, and municipal law. He currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Garfield, as well as the Attorney for the Planning Boards of the City of Clifton and the Town of West New York. Mr. Ferraro is also Special Counsel to the Township of Bloomfield.

Mr. Ferraro has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate activities, including acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing, commercial, residential, industrial and retail development projects and mixed-use redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey.

Mr. Ferraro advises on all phases of the real estate development process and the complexities of acquiring zoning, planning and other regulatory approvals.

Mr. Ferraro is an experienced litigator who also specializes in high-asset and high-conflict divorces. Mr. Ferraro represents clients in many complex matrimonial and family matters, which frequently concern issues of child custody and support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence.
