John W. Ferraro is a Partner whose areas of practice include civil litigation, real estate, matrimonial, and municipal law.
Mr. Ferraro has litigated cases in various state courts. He handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters including issues involving business disputes, construction defects, and debtor and creditor rights actions.
Mr. Ferraro represents clients in many complex matrimonial and family matters, which frequently concern issues of child custody and support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence.
Mr. Ferraro has experience in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate activities, including acquisitions, sales and leasing. He also assists clients in managing commercial and multi-unit residential buildings.
Mr. Ferraro currently serves as the Rent Control Board Attorney for the Township of Bloomfield.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ferraro had two years of experience assisting on personal injury cases at the Clark Law Firm, PC.
